Reflective essay - My Experience of using Instagram as a business page

Reflective essay - My Experience of using Instagram as a business page

Introduction

It's a strong marketing tool that will boost the company's exposure and thus increase sales since Instagram was launched in 2010. More than one billion users use Instagram today and are used for various reasons. Instagram. Since the platform is so huge, it can feel daunting to me sometimes. I've made a complete rundown of Instagram everything here. Instagram in regular usage is the first element. I take a closer look at Instagram Marketing in the second part of this article. Instagram marketing is the use of Instagram as a publicity tool. Because I never did something with Instagram, but I would like to start a Mental health advocacy page which will build a community around me and my services. Since I never did anything with Instagram, but I want to start promoting Instagram. In the first part of this article, I have followed the advice.

Part one: Selecting a social media platform
The page I opened in Instagram is https://www.instagram.com/krina_gaw/ its all about Mental health advocacy. At the beginning I am adding some photos and quotes in the long run I am willing to make a product advertisement for various skincare and Mental health advocacy products and services. If we look back to the background of this particular platform, we see that. Kevin Systrom and Brazilian Krieger are the founders of Instagram. On October 6, 2010, she launched the first version of Instagram for iOS (iPhone and iPad). The first version of Instagram was already quite similar to the current version.

Objective

600 million users have now passed Instagram, a decent amount for any business. It is one of the most engaging social networks currently accessible. However, not all labels are recommended. The most critical thing is the picture across this network. I also need not share my target audience with fascinating visual content. The biggest benefit of the company Instagram is that corporate clients are the key to placing the company on the website. I need to personalize the images I post of my product or service. For the following reasons, I chose this forum -
It is one of the social networks with the most interaction. 61% of its users give at least one like a day, but 30% are more generous and give more than 10 likes (Herman, Butow and Walker, 2018).
According to studies, provided by the same social network, the best and most interactive time on Instagram is between 8:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., in any country, it is the time when you will get the most visibility with your publications. On the weekend, interactivity increases by 30% (HubSpot, 2020).
70% of Instagram users have looked for a brand to follow and interact with it. More than 41% of the users of this network are willing to follow brands in general to obtain discounts or benefit from special offers. They also follow the brand accounts for the contests, depending on the quality of the prizes.
The free publicity created by consumer references is one way to make use of the site – since I have been registered as a brand. A visitor visiting a restaurant takes, for example, a snapshot of what he eats and sends his profile: "Discover some friends here at @abc. He knows me without investing a dime. Because he knows me. The idea is not only to be present, but also to post and be up to date with quality materials. If I have no details or a recent photograph of three months ago, no one can track me. Instagram also has insubstantial consumer segmentation that can help me quickly locate consumers

Reflective essay

Many labels have begun promoting and have become major influencers on this website. I might be one of them with the right strategies. The beauty in social media marketing lies in my content consistency. I need the accurate, interesting and engaging content of my followers. This keeps them invested in my name and attracts even more supporters. However, I can make the most of that great forum if I follow these  marketing advices.

Create a Business Profile

First, before I start with brand promotion, I need to get a business account (Choi et al., 2020). There are also drawbacks of an organization profile. For example, by clicking my Contact button, my followers may contact me from my website. I may avoid using the Advertising Software on Facebook and build and upload advertisements on Instagram directly using a company profile. I still have access to postal information statistics and I can access insights through their analytical tools. This method helps I analyze and get to know my audience more about my marketing campaigns (Del Vecchio et al., 2020).

Make optimum use of free Instagram tools

1. More and more people are using Instagram

Today Instagram has a worldwide 1 billion active monthly users, over 500 million of which are available daily on the website. 80% of these people are non-US, 34% are centuries, and 38% search the app several times daily (Del Vecchio et al., 2020). Four years back, what was Facebook, now is Instagram. And every day there are increasingly increasing numbers of consumers. Among all age classes, businesses and labels, the growth continues. The successes of a robust Instagram campaign are limitless with those numbers. By not taping into this influential and powerful advertising outlet, I am ignored in millions of future clients.

2. Size doesn't matter

Instagram is available not only for big, well-known brands and firms, but also for small businesses and SMEs and freelancers. Naturally, success won't come immediately, even for big corporations. But if a marketing team needs to place its company on the map, it will do this with an aggressive presence on Instagram and with at least one post per day with a certain format and routine. Instagram also successfully made name for itself with big names like Adidas and Coca Cola as well as smaller businesses.

3. Earn money with Instagram

Over the years, Instagram has expanded and changed a lot. Conversion, distribution and making money, among others, through product placement have been increasingly focussed and emphasized. Companies may, for example, apply tags to Instagram Shopping items. They can buy things directly from me via a direct connection to my website or webshop, including product summary and price. The Instagram Stories even has ties to my product, which means that 20 per cent of the followers are involved with a higher conversion rate). It is dead easy for businesses to really sell with the network for these new functionalities. 75 per cent of user’s report having purchased something at any stage on Instagram, making the platform's sales popularity unquestionable (Fan, Lau and Zhao, 2015).

4. Through Instagram Stories I can give my company a face

Instagram offers me the opportunity to show my future customer that I am more than a faceless business. I can do it with one of the several app features, but only with live posts and stories can I really make a difference. Instagram Stories can best be used for views of my organization behind the scenes. Show, for example, how things are produced, post partnering team footage, create media campaigns or a live question and answer session with my audience. Live updates in Instagram are also a wonderful way to connect with my fans and to reveal my business' human side. When they see and believe I am a, it gives my followers faith in my brand. My followers trust my brand because they see and feel that I do more than just sell my stuff.

5. Collaborate with influencers or partners

I may discriminate between 'average' users and social media influencers. Online celebrities with broad scope as influencers, who advertise goods or services in return for money. I use their reach by partnering with leading brands, groups, collaborators or influencers (Herman, Butow and Walker, 2018). A trustworthy influencer will bring up my revenue and increase the visibility of my business or product. I can access millions of followers in only a few posts when I use a well-known influencer (or many smaller influencers).

6. Hashtags can greatly increase my visibility

I may feel overwhelmed by the rivalry as a startup in Instagram. In addition to having space for each organization irrespective of its scale, sector or objective, the proper use of hashtags will make a big difference. I differentiate my business from the crowd with a strong hashtag strategy. Hashtags are relevant keywords describing the meaning of my message. Popular Instagram hashtags like Coca Cola's #ShareaCoke and Calvin Klein's #MyCalvins have become classics in pop culture. This makes these big brands even more recognizable and 'lovable'. Even if I am not Coca Cola or Calvin Klein, effective use of hashtags can work wonders and set my business apart from the crowd.

7. I come into direct contact with my (potential) customers

What is easier than to let my clients know that I exist by people just want to say, particularly if something very fun or attractive is found. Instagram is a forum to post and comment. The more I like and comment on an article, the more my business becomes apparent. I'm fonder of quality content creation, local hashtags and working with other brands and/or individuals.

8. Smartphones are everything

The sites that I can use on my browser began with Facebook and Twitter. On the other hand, Instagram has been developed as an app. And because 90% of the time spent on mobile applications, as a brand, I can make my content available to Instagram users. If they're at home, on the road or on the job. Instagram is used by mobile users because the look on smartphones is easiest to use and simpler than Facebook (Neil Patel, 2018).

9. I can keep a close eye on my competitors and learn from them

To watch the competition, I can use Instagram. What can you deal with your supporters? Look carefully at what they write, how many, what posts are less well? In order to define my own plan, I will use this useful knowledge.

10. Creativity is key

The imagination it provides is a great benefit of the image-driven app. On Instagram, I (or my marketing agent) will wildly create new ways to draw new supporters and customers. Show my personality to my fans and change it to donations, events, polling, shouts, live photos, video and so on. As described above, in order to grow Instagram, I need to stay consistent in what I post and analyze of what I post. But what do I post? A question that I can only answer when I know who my target audience is and what they like. Ways to find out are for example by: conduct research among my current customers; to see how my competitor does this; see which accounts my customers follow; I can also look at my existing social channels or Google Analytics. If I do not have the latter yet, it is high time that I started to delve into this.

Using a process of trial and error consume and create content to reach that objective.

I would not let the ad drip my Instagram off anytime I sell a physical product. It is a brilliant example, in my opinion, of the commercialization of a tangible object and the construction of a Culture. It's a vibration. Therefore, I had created and followed a content calendar

1. Put my target group

As in my case, if I provide Mental health advocacy merchandise, I have an experience and, for example, I can see Mental health advocacy which is absolutely necessary in this era. I should of course even reveal it, but it should be used in a nice location. Somebody vacuumed in the kitchen with a bottle of Mental health advocacy and skin care and somebody drank mode and skin care in the front. Somebody in the kitchen vacuums a bottle of mode and skin care and someone in the foreground drinks Design and skin focus (Patel, 2018). Get it playful and visible. Take note of the above, since it is 'picky' for fans of Instagrammers to not exaggerate or even not exaggerate. In one or more individuals, I can form my focus audience. I may help customize my Instagram posts by having "visual" who is my target audience. It will also encourage me to produce new things, to write my web texts and to design all my commercialization resources.

2. Provide the correct hashtags

The title says something, make sure I have the right hashtags so people will be able to locate my article more quickly. Beware about the number of times my hashtags are used when picking. Students say that when I use hashtags used up to 300,000 times, I get the best results. That's a lot. If I go beyond, the numerous other posts shared with the same hashtag are more likely for me to be snowed. This will progressively change, as the success of Instagram continues to increase. It is proposed that the maximum number of hashtags be 30. I have the chance to be 30 times more exposed to those 30 times. The more my hashtags are targeted, the greater the opportunity.  (HubSpot, 2020). It is advised that you use them all, and the number of hashtags is 30. Those 30 times give me a 30-fold increase in visibility. Notice that the more my hashtags targeted, the more likely they are to be committed. Do I use words in English for which we have no name? Bear in mind that these hashtags are used several millions of times. Concentrate on a niche also makes me a much more valuable squad. So, make sure I have 5 hashtags that really get me closer to my target audience.

3. Make use of themed parties
The incorporation of competitions within my target market is an easy but successful way to engage people. Offer goods or services that can be checked by people on my platforms and tagged my account. In this way, I build readily accessible visibility and have a strong opportunity of attracting customers who can connect with my brand, as they often "do" the person they follow. I may do the same for the marketing of influencers. If I have a lot of knowledge in my knowledge cycle. If I have a lot of experience in my knowledge span, it's much cheaper (Patel, 2018). Thousands of fans of Instagram accounts also ask for money for an article about my product or service. Charities frequently have a chance here, so they can take advantage of the Instagrammer's feelings. After I'm ready to build an influencer for my business, there is a possibility that my account will work quickly. I have to pick someone who would match in with my wishes and not because there are so many followers. It is necessary.

4. Make use of video
The use of videos is relatively fast and an incredible help to my account. According to people browsing through theme schedules or looking for objects of interest, a video is more likely than a photograph. Instagram also features the playback of a video sooner or later according to Patel (2018). Be sure that you produce brief images, keep them for some time, and then engage them. For eg, I can do this latter in the form of a link to the Instagram or my website. "Take our website for more tips and tricks on living a healthy life." Text in pictures will make it easy to understand what a video is all about. For longer content videos can be viewed as both Instagram Stories and IGTV.
5. Refer to my Instagram page from my website and vice versa
My pictures are good at scoring and people are starting to follow me. My photo is moving on and you're absolutely in love with it. What was my Instagram account's intent again? Build a group around my organization at first, but finally sell to keep the chimney burning. Returned to my photo follower. This reads and sees the short text: See the bio connection. There are two explanations for this: One is to let my followers visit my website and see my posts and two that from my Instagram profile I will let them access my website. If I want to do this right, let my followers finish on a Landing page where all the things are listed (Neil Patel, 2018). If I want to do it correctly, let my followers end up on the landing page where they list all items and find them fascinating. And now the same. Usually, my website is the same and I change the picture for the season every now and then. Very static and not very busy. The answer is a feed for Instagram on my website. Since I'm up to date on my Instagram. Every week, I make sure everything on my website changes. Furthermore, I draw people to my Instagram website. I have a worthy ambassador for my supporters if he has bought anything.

6. Ensure uniformity

I have make sure that I am using uniformity in my social presence. An old logo, a Twitter account that nobody heard of, a Facebook account. Do it correctly if I do it. Make sure it is included in all my other media networks, by using facebook.com/xyz as a Facebook profile. I have no continuity and minimize simple recognizability/findability if I do not have this correctly in hand. Make an educated judgment and learn from your mistakes.

Everything is described in detail above, but in the end, it comes down to the four steps below.
Step 1: Identify my market and create my brand;
Step 2: Decide what type of channel I want and start posting;
Step 3: Be consistent, promote and ensure synergy between my social media and my website;
Step 4: Organize contests, use local markets and get people involved.

Therefore, I analyzed the metrics in the page in last 7 days
