Corporate success requires proper management or human capital. The employees are the common factor of any enterprise and are important for developing its operations. Anything achieved in the Human Resources department has a very significant effect within the ABC along with the HR operations like selection, hiring, training and remunerated.

As established player in Bangladesh's telecom industry. This transition is explained by ABC Telecom and the developments it will demonstrate in the next future. ABC Telecom Examines developments in the Bangladeshi industry on the basis of changes introduced by the multiples corporations contrasting corporate strategy, efficiency and market structure. This paper identifies the emergence of a new phase of the sector in the field, based on this research. Advantage, Benefits of Redesigning Hr Department

The human resources department's aim is the establishment and maintenance by means of effective programs and recruiting, placement, preparation, and advancement of a human work force whose characteristics are in line with its objectives. This department oversees employees to ensure that the various functions are carried out on a daily basis and that the roles are still filled, using the most suitable recruiting formulas, compensates and motivates the workforce.
