Ethical Leadership and its Impact on Corporate Justice and Employee Behaviour

The Benefits of Contributing to Community through Social Projects

1
Ethical leadership transforms into appropriate behaviour in personal activities and organizational interactions, as shown by bilateral contact, staff supervision, and assistance during the decision-making process. When a leader practices ethical values and adapts his actions to moral codes, he encourages corporate justice and has an impact on his workers' ethical behaviour (Mendonca & Rabindra Nath Kanungo, 2007). By demonstrating ethical and upright behaviour, the leader inspires others to do the good ethics in community leadership, thus raising success levels and increasing job satisfaction. Employees are obligated to return the favour if they believe they are being treated ethically.

2.

I agree Mr. Bill Cirone as if workers perceive that they are being handled ethically, they feel obligated to reciprocate this constructive conduct. By being humane, the leader adds to his supporters' optimism and motivates them to stay in the group, which helps them succeed. However, it is important to stress that the leaders' principles must be clear in their behaviour, since this is the only way, they can function as role models for ethical behaviour (Dion, 2012). Furthermore, one moral principle can conflict with another. As a result, ethical leadership entails adhering to universal values but still being mindful of the complexities of certain ethical questions, being attentive to workers' differing perspectives, and resolving any disagreements that might occur.

This project helps me to understand how much I can and any can contribute to their community. Sometimes we remain aloof to the social problem, but joining this kind of activity can help us to be a part of the society.
