About the Job Post:

Genuity Systems is looking for a competent Call center executive (Agent) to support international clients. An excellent call center executive must have English speaking skills with standard pronunciation.

Job Responsibilities:
  • To support international clients.
  • To handle inbound and outbound calls.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • To maintain proper documentation and report accordingly.
Experience Requirements:
  • Candidates who have experience working in an international Call Center will get priority.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with over one year of experience in an international call center.
  • Should have flexibility on working in different shifts.
  • Must be fluent in Spoken English with standard pronunciation.
  • Candidates from the English medium will get high priority.
  • Should have excellent communication skills with Customer service etiquette.
  • Candidates should have sound knowledge of basic computer programs.
Educational Qualification:
  • O/A Level, Graduate (If you are fluent in English speaking).
