About the Job Post:
Genuity Systems is looking for a competent Call center executive (Agent) to support international clients. An excellent call center executive must have English speaking skills with standard pronunciation.
Job Responsibilities:
- To support international clients.
- To handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- To maintain proper documentation and report accordingly.
Experience Requirements:
- Candidates who have experience working in an international Call Center will get priority.
- Preference will be given to candidates with over one year of experience in an international call center.
- Should have flexibility on working in different shifts.
- Must be fluent in Spoken English with standard pronunciation.
- Candidates from the English medium will get high priority.
- Should have excellent communication skills with Customer service etiquette.
- Candidates should have sound knowledge of basic computer programs.
Educational Qualification:
- O/A Level, Graduate (If you are fluent in English speaking).
